Job Summary

The Remote Finance Accountant will manage month-end financial activities, accounting operations, audit coordination, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ERP-based accounting processes for multinational software businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with finance departments, auditors, and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare accurate financial statements and month-end close reports
• Maintain accounting records and financial data within Oracle NetSuite
• Reconcile accounts and resolve financial discrepancies
• Perform journal analysis and financial variance reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting procedures

Audit & Compliance Management

• Assemble annual audit information for external auditors
• Coordinate with audit teams and finance departments
• Support internal controls and compliance monitoring
• Ensure timely submission of accounting and audit documentation
