Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

Financial Planning & Budget Management

• Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost management plans.
• Monitor company financial performance and recommend strategies for improved efficiency and profitability.
• Support leadership with strategic financial planning and business decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis and generate detailed reports for executive management.
• Ensure accurate reporting in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Supervise accounting functions including reconciliations, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.

Cash Flow & Risk Management

• Monitor cash flow, investments, financial risks, and capital allocation strategies.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Ensure proper financial controls and internal procedures are maintained.

Investment & Corporate Finance Support

• Assist in financial modeling, investment evaluations, and stock market-related financial activities.

Education Requirements

Applicants must possess:

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in financial management, accounting, corporate finance, auditing, budgeting, investment management, or financial reporting.
• Prior experience within financial institutions, stock exchange operations, banking, investment firms, or corporate finance sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance procedures, and reporting frameworks.
