Key Job Responsibilities (JD)
Financial Planning & Budget Management
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost management plans.
- Monitor company financial performance and recommend strategies for improved efficiency and profitability.
- Support leadership with strategic financial planning and business decision-making.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and generate detailed reports for executive management.
- Ensure accurate reporting in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Supervise accounting functions including reconciliations, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
Cash Flow & Risk Management
- Monitor cash flow, investments, financial risks, and capital allocation strategies.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Ensure proper financial controls and internal procedures are maintained.

Investment & Corporate Finance Support
- Assist in financial modeling, investment evaluations, and stock market-related financial activities.
- Support executive leadership with financial recommendations and performance reviews.

Education Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in financial management, accounting, corporate finance, auditing, budgeting, investment management, or financial reporting.
- Prior experience within financial institutions, stock exchange operations, banking, investment firms, or corporate finance sectors preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance procedures, and reporting frameworks.
