EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT

He / she is responsible for carrying out all the other tasks specific to accounting and financial management, in particular, the keeping of accounting books, monthly accounts closing, budget monitoring and revision, periodic financial statements, VAT exemption, declaration of tax. taxes and social charges.

Main missions

Receive all documents at the accounting department,

Control the charges and the keeping of accounts,

Check and justify the keeping of expense, income and third party accounts, etc.

Analyze general accounts (provision, fixed assets)

Ensure the centralization of payroll accounting entries

Ensure the establishment of monthly tax and social declarations, and prepare the annual summary

Carry out end-of-year work,

Ensure the reconciliation of physical and accounting inventory

Ensure the integrity and reliability of accounting and tax information

Be a form of proposal on the evolution of the internal organization of the accounting department,

Ensure compliance and application of accounting, financial and tax procedures, guidelines, in particular OHADA accounting standards,

Master the IT tool: dashboards and reporting in Excel and Sage Accounting software.

Required profile

Minimum Bac + 4 in accounting, finance or equivalent diploma

Three (03) years minimum of experience (preferably in a company). Additional experience in an accounting firm would be appreciated.
