Job Overview
We are seeking a Sustainable Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team in Bafoussam, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of sustainable infrastructure projects, including transportation systems, water and sanitation facilities, and energy systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of sustainable infrastructure projects, including transportation systems, water and sanitation facilities, and energy systems.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and AECOM’s global team of experts to develop and implement sustainable infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases for sustainable infrastructure projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with AECOM’s global team of experts to develop and implement sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sustainable infrastructure development, including experience in project management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable infrastructure development principles, including environmental and social impact assessments.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
