Job Overview
This role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects in Buea, focusing on public-private partnerships and community-driven development. The position requires coordination with local authorities, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with international construction standards and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for infrastructure developments.
- Collaborate with municipal authorities to secure permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare progress reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Engage with local communities to address concerns and promote transparency in project execution.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in developing economies.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and sustainable construction practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for multi-stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and resolve conflicts effectively.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience

Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 FCFA per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
