Job Overview
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing and distribution networks within the region. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product availability. You will work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and mitigate supply chain risks. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead times, order fulfillment, and logistics costs.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure service level agreements are met.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and mathematical modeling capabilities.
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of international shipping regulations and local logistics infrastructure.

Education
A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered in exceptional cases.
Experience
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations within a manufacturing environment is required. Proven experience in managing complex data sets and leading process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
