Job Overview
The Supply Chain Optimization Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing the end‑to‑end supply chain processes for Samsung’s electronics manufacturing operations in Bafoussam. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rate, and lead time.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for supply disruptions and propose corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of demand forecasting models and inventory optimization tools.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting cost savings, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Participate in cross‑functional project teams for new product introductions and capacity expansions.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates with professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt will be given preference.

Salary
