Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to ensure a continuous supply of essential manufacturing components.
- Negotiate complex commercial contracts with local and international suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations to ensure compliance with Nestlé’s quality and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics departments to align procurement activities with manufacturing schedules.
- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to mitigate supply chain risks and volatility.
- Implement digital procurement tools to streamline the requisition-to-pay process.

Education

Experience
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a large-scale manufacturing or industrial environment is essential. Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and complex vendor networks is highly desirable.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
