Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Urban Planning Manager to join our team in Douala, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of sustainable urban planning projects that promote economic growth, social equity, and environmental sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating livable and sustainable cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable urban planning projects that align with the company’s goals and objectives
• Conduct urban planning research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and private sector partners
• Manage project teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote business growth and opportunities

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in urban planning, with a focus on sustainable development
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with diverse stakeholders

Education
