Job Responsibilities

Electrical Installation & Site Work

The Tertiary Electrician will be responsible for:

• Carrying out electrical installation work on tertiary and commercial sites.
• Installing cable trays, conduits, and electrical ducts.
• Installing and configuring high current and RJ45 sockets.
• Connecting low-voltage electrical components and systems.
• Performing strong and weak current electrical work.
• Wiring electrical cabinets, bays, and technical equipment.
• Connecting electrical panels, including TGBT (Main Low Voltage Switchboards) and control cabinets.
• Ensuring smooth integration of electrical systems within office and tertiary premises.

Technical Operations & Maintenance

• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure safety and performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical plans.
• Perform electrical testing and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure installations meet electrical safety regulations and technical standards.
• Collaborate with team leaders and project teams to complete installations efficiently.
