Job Overview
The Regional Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end logistics operations for key accounts in the Maroua region and surrounding areas. This includes coordinating shipments, optimizing routes, handling customs documentation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for regional customers.
- Prepare and verify all customs documentation, ensuring compliance with Cameroonian regulations.
- Coordinate with local carriers, freight forwarders, and DHL’s global network to optimize transit times and costs.
- Maintain accurate records in DHL’s transport management system and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to develop tailored logistics solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and environmental standards in all logistics activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs procedures, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French and English.
- Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

Experience
A minimum of three to five years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is required. Prior experience in a multinational logistics environment and familiarity with Cameroonian customs regulations will be considered a strong asset.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 2,500,000 to 3,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
