Job Overview

The Regional Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end logistics operations for key accounts in the Maroua region and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for regional customers.
• Prepare and verify all customs documentation, ensuring compliance with Cameroonian regulations.
• Coordinate with local carriers, freight forwarders, and DHL’s global network to optimize transit times and costs.
• Maintain accurate records in DHL’s transport management system and provide regular status updates to clients.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
