Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control inspection plans for incoming raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any manufacturing deviations or product failures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal Siemens quality protocols.
• Collaborate with the engineering design team to improve product manufacturability and reduce waste.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to the plant management team.
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of precision measurement equipment used in testing.

• Advanced proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field is mandatory. Candidates with advanced certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing will be given preference.

Experience

Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a heavy manufacturing or industrial engineering setting.
