Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Fleet Coordinator to join our operations team in Foumbot. This role is critical to our regional success, as you will be responsible for the real-time coordination and optimization of our vehicle fleet to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective transport solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and routing to maximize fuel efficiency and minimize transit times.
- Monitor driver performance and adherence to safety protocols and delivery schedules.
- Maintain detailed logs of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and repair requirements.
- Liaise with warehouse managers and clients to ensure seamless cargo handovers.
- Ensure all transport documentation, including waybills and transit permits, are accurate and compliant.
- Analyze transport data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in fleet utilization.

- Advanced proficiency in logistics management software and GPS tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills for route optimization and cost-benefit analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with drivers, mechanics, and clients.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in Fleet Management or Transport Operations are highly desirable.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience in fleet coordination or transport operations, preferably within a large-scale logistics or distribution company. Proven experience in managing driver teams and maintaining heavy-duty vehicle schedules is essential.
Salary
