We are seeking a meticulous and highly qualified Aviation Safety Auditor to join our specialized compliance team in Maroua. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed on-site audits of aircraft maintenance facilities and ground handling operations.
- Evaluate compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards and local CAA regulations.
- Develop comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, non-conformities, and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement enhanced safety management systems (SMS).
- Monitor emerging aviation safety trends to proactively address potential operational risks.
- Perform root cause analysis on safety incidents or near-miss reports.

Education
A Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related technical field is required. Professional certifications such as Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 or specific aviation safety credentials are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of direct experience in aviation safety auditing, quality assurance, or aerospace engineering. Proven experience working within a highly regulated international environment is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s specific expertise and professional certifications.
