Key Responsibilities

- Lead root‑cause analysis investigations for non‑conformities and develop preventive action plans.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles, CNC machining, and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 automotive quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
