Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Researcher to join our team in Yaoundé, Cameroon. As a UX Researcher at Microsoft, you will be responsible for conducting research to inform the design of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and engineering, to identify user needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to inform the design of Microsoft products and services
  • Develop and execute research plans, including recruiting participants, designing studies, and analyzing data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven track record of conducting user research and informing design decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
