Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team in Bertoua, Cameroon. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct research, gather insights, and inform design decisions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and product development
  • Develop and implement research plans, including recruiting participants, designing studies, and analyzing data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and engineering
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX research

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
  • Strong background in UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field

Experience

5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
