Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the livestock farm, including animal health, nutrition, and welfare
- Implement sustainable agriculture practices, such as rotational grazing and manure management, to minimize the farm’s environmental impact
- Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that farm operations are aligned with company goals and objectives
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in livestock farm management
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and animal husbandry
