Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable supply chain practices that minimize our environmental impact and promote social responsibility
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable supply chain initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and ensure compliance with our sustainability standards
  • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and progress against our sustainability goals

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in supply chain sustainability with a focus on environmental and social responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and practices, including ISO 26000 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in supply chain sustainability with a focus on environmental and social responsibility
