Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced telecommunications network architectures to support 4G/5G expansion.
- Perform complex troubleshooting of core network issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimize network performance through continuous monitoring and capacity planning.
- Lead large-scale network upgrade projects and hardware migrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new digital services into the existing infrastructure.
Required Skills
- Expertise in IP networking, routing, and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
- Advanced knowledge of mobile core technologies (EPC, IMS, 5G Core).
- Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex technical issues.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Education
A Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications network engineering, specifically within a mobile operator environment. Proven track record of managing large-scale network deployments is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
