Job Overview
The Senior Reservoir Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for optimizing reservoir performance, enhancing recovery rates, and ensuring the economic viability of TotalEnergies’ assets in the region. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute reservoir management strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
- Lead technical studies, including material balance, decline curve analysis, and simulation modeling.
- Coordinate with drilling and production teams to align operational plans with reservoir objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor and evaluate field performance, recommending optimization measures.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with external partners and service providers to integrate innovative technologies.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams.
- In‑depth knowledge of oilfield development and production engineering.
- Ability to interpret geological data and integrate it into engineering models.
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is an advantage.

Education
A Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Candidates with a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline are highly regarded. Professional certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer) or equivalent are a plus.
Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering, with at least five years in a senior or managerial capacity. Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale projects and delivering measurable improvements in recovery factors is essential.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
