Job Overview

The Senior Reservoir Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for optimizing reservoir performance, enhancing recovery rates, and ensuring the economic viability of TotalEnergies’ assets in the region. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reservoir management strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
• Lead technical studies, including material balance, decline curve analysis, and simulation modeling.
• Coordinate with drilling and production teams to align operational plans with reservoir objectives.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor and evaluate field performance, recommending optimization measures.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG).

Education
