Job Overview
The Hospitality Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Limbe facility. This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of service that Marriott International is known for globally. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest service.

- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs effectively.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a large-scale hotel or resort environment.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
