Job Overview
The Hospitality Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities within our luxury resort in Limbe. This position is responsible for overseeing various departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure that all guest services meet our rigorous international standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to management, capable of optimizing operational workflows while maintaining a high level of guest engagement.
This role requires a deep understanding of hospitality trends and the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. You will be tasked with implementing new service protocols, managing budgets, and ensuring that the facility remains in peak condition. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all guest-facing departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain luxury brand standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, controlling costs without compromising service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure facility excellence.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills
- Advanced leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and French.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality software.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in hospitality management or luxury service standards are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. Proven experience in managing large teams and complex operational workflows is essential.
Salary
