Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Inclusion Specialist to join our team in Buea, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial inclusion strategies that promote economic growth and reduce poverty.
As a Financial Inclusion Specialist, you will work closely with our partners to design and implement financial inclusion programs that meet the needs of low-income households and small businesses. You will also be responsible for conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for financial inclusion and developing recommendations for policy and regulatory reforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial inclusion strategies that promote economic growth and reduce poverty
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for financial inclusion
- Develop recommendations for policy and regulatory reforms
- Work closely with partners to design and implement financial inclusion programs
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of financial inclusion programs
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial inclusion or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
