Job Overview
ERM Cameroon seeks a dedicated Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Specialist to lead evaluations for infrastructure and industrial projects. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with national and international environmental regulations while promoting sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive environmental impact assessments for proposed projects.
- Prepare detailed reports and mitigation strategies for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and local communities.
- Monitor project compliance with environmental laws and sustainability goals.
- Provide expert advice on biodiversity conservation and climate resilience.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in EIA methodologies and Cameroonian environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and impact modeling.

- Knowledge of GIS and remote sensing tools.

Education
