The successful candidate will assist users with job search-related services, support employers with recruitment needs, and help maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing, communication, and development teams within a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist users with their needs related to Jobaas services
  • Support employers from workforce requirement planning to successful recruitment completion
  • Use available digital resources to identify and recruit suitable candidates
  • Participate in company events and represent Jobaas professionally
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve operational processes
  • Communicate with clients and potential clients via calls, SMS, and social media platforms
  • Respond to comments and customer inquiries on social media
  • Record and manage customer interactions using HubSpot CRM
  • Maintain the company’s brand image and customer satisfaction standards

Requirements
