Job Overview

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of Coca‑Cola Cameroon’s CSR strategy, ensuring that all initiatives create measurable social and environmental value. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and local community needs.
• Lead the planning and rollout of flagship programs in education, health, water stewardship, and environmental conservation.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the impact of CSR initiatives using key performance indicators and sustainability reporting standards.
• Manage relationships with NGOs, government bodies, and industry associations to foster partnerships and secure funding.
• Coordinate internal communication campaigns to raise employee awareness and encourage volunteer participation.
• Prepare annual CSR reports and present findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with national regulations, international standards, and Coca‑Cola’s global sustainability policies.

Education

Salary
