Job Overview
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of Coca‑Cola Cameroon’s CSR strategy, ensuring that all initiatives create measurable social and environmental value. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and local community needs.
- Lead the planning and rollout of flagship programs in education, health, water stewardship, and environmental conservation.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the impact of CSR initiatives using key performance indicators and sustainability reporting standards.
- Manage relationships with NGOs, government bodies, and industry associations to foster partnerships and secure funding.
- Coordinate internal communication campaigns to raise employee awareness and encourage volunteer participation.
- Prepare annual CSR reports and present findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with national regulations, international standards, and Coca‑Cola’s global sustainability policies.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, or a related discipline is required. Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or related fields, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods sector. Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale community projects, managing budgets, and delivering measurable outcomes is essential.
Salary
The position offers a competitive salary range of 2,500,000 to 3,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, the role includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
