Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee all operational aspects of our luxury hotel properties in the region. Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all hotel operations to ensure maximum profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational policies and procedures across all departments.
  • Monitor financial performance, managing budgets and optimizing operational costs.
  • Lead and mentor department heads to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to international health, safety, and luxury service standards.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive brand growth and market expansion in the region.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality operational workflows and standards.
  • Advanced financial acumen and experience in P&L management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French is highly preferred.

Education

A Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in Hotel Management or Operational Excellence are highly desirable.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience within the luxury hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role. Proven track record of managing large-scale hotel operations is essential for this job vacancy in Cameroon.

Salary
