Job Overview
The Chief Hospitality Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic oversight and daily management of our luxury property in Buea. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to increase occupancy rates and Average Daily Rate (ADR).
- Oversee the entire guest journey from reservation to checkout, ensuring a seamless and luxury experience.
- Manage annual budgets, forecast revenue, and implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
- Lead and mentor department heads in Housekeeping, F&B, and Front Office to ensure cross-functional synergy.
- Ensure strict adherence to international health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all hotel facilities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with corporate headquarters to ensure brand standards are consistently met and exceeded.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS) and revenue management software.
- Advanced leadership and conflict resolution skills to manage a diverse workforce.
- Strong financial literacy, including P&L management and CAPEX planning.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French to cater to a global clientele.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to pivot operations based on real-time guest feedback.

Education

Experience
