Job Overview
The Brand Activation Manager will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate Heineken’s brand presence in Cameroon. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end‑to‑end brand activation plans that align with national marketing objectives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution of events, sponsorships, and experiential initiatives.
- Collaborate with digital, social, and media teams to create cohesive multi‑channel campaigns.
- Analyze activation performance metrics and generate insights to optimize future programs.
- Lead a small team of coordinators and interns, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Ensure all activations comply with local regulations and Heineken’s responsible drinking policies.
Required Skills

Education

Experience
Minimum of five years’ experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or event management within the beverage or consumer goods industry. Prior experience with multinational brands and a solid understanding of the Cameroonian market are essential.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 1,800,000 to 2,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and other incentives.
