Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into analytical solutions.
  • Develop and validate predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive models using machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques.
  • Oversee data engineering pipelines to ensure high‑quality, scalable data ingestion and processing.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance IBM’s analytics capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, and Spark.
  • Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining.
  • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Hive).
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a data‑centric mindset.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.

Education
