Job Overview

This role involves leading the development and implementation of educational technology products designed to improve access to quality learning resources in Cameroon. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, technologists, and policymakers to create scalable solutions that align with national education goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the lifecycle of EdTech products, from concept to deployment.
• Conduct market research to identify gaps in digital learning tools for Cameroonian schools.
• Collaborate with local educators to customize content for regional curricula.
• Monitor user feedback and analytics to optimize product performance.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure platform scalability and security.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in product management within education or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of EdTech trends and digital learning frameworks.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and French (preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into product improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Educational Technology or Public Policy is a plus.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in product development, preferably in educational technology or digital content creation. Experience working in emerging markets is highly advantageous.

Salary

500,000 – 800,000 SSP annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
