Job Overview
The Agricultural Drone Operations Manager will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of drone‑based data collection missions across the Southwest Region. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and supervise weekly drone flights covering diverse crop types, terrain, and weather conditions.
- Ensure compliance with Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority regulations, including flight permits, safety protocols, and data privacy standards.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with agronomists to define data collection parameters, such as multispectral, thermal, and LiDAR imaging.
