Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Order Management
- Receive and process customer orders placed online
- Confirm order details and communicate with customers when necessary

Delivery Coordination
- Transfer completed orders to delivery personnel
- Coordinate with riders and logistics teams for timely delivery
- Track delivery status and update customers when required

Educational Qualifications
