Job Overview
Philips Cameroon seeks a Telehealth Solutions Consultant to design, implement, and optimize telehealth platforms for healthcare providers across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and NGOs to assess telehealth needs and develop customized solutions.
- Design and deploy telehealth platforms, including remote diagnostics, e-consultations, and patient monitoring systems.
- Train healthcare professionals on the use of digital tools and platforms.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to promote telehealth adoption and measure impact.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in healthcare technology, telemedicine, or digital health project management.
- Strong understanding of telehealth platforms (e.g., Philips eICU, eCareManager).
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project lifecycle management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of Cameroon’s healthcare regulatory framework.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in Public Health or Digital Health preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare technology, telemedicine, or digital health solutions.
- Previous projects in low-resource settings are an advantage.
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 XAF per month, commensurate with experience.
