Job Overview
The Sustainable Textile Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable textile sourcing strategies for our brands. This will involve working closely with our supply chain partners to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing sustainable practices throughout our supply chain.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sustainable textiles and supply chain management, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. This is a full-time position based in Bamenda, Cameroon, and the successful candidate will be required to travel occasionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable textile sourcing strategies for our brands
- Work closely with supply chain partners to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable practices throughout our supply chain
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in sustainable textiles and supply chain management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, NGOs, and industry associations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of sustainable textile sourcing strategies
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as textile science, supply chain management, or sustainability
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainable textiles and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel occasionally
Education
