Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Cocoa Farm Manager to join our team in Mbalmayo, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our cocoa farm operations, ensuring sustainable practices and improving crop yields. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, experience in farm management and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage cocoa farm operations, including crop planning, planting, maintenance and harvesting
- Implement sustainable farming practices, such as integrated pest management and soil conservation
- Improve crop yields and quality through efficient use of resources and best practices
- Supervise and train farm staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or related field
- 5 years of experience in farm management, preferably in cocoa production
- Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and crop management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
