Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydrologist to join our technical team in Bertoua. This role is critical to our mission of managing water resources effectively across the region. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive groundwater and surface water assessments to support infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and implement advanced hydrological models to predict water flow and quality changes.
  • Supervise field teams during data collection and site investigations in diverse terrains.
  • Prepare technical reports and environmental impact assessments for regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with urban planners and civil engineers to integrate water management into large-scale developments.
  • Monitor local water tables and quality parameters to ensure long-term sustainability.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in hydrological modeling software such as MODFLOW or HEC-RAS.

Education

Experience

Candidates must possess between 5 to 7 years of professional experience in hydrological research or water resource management, preferably within the environmental consulting or utility sector. Salary
