Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agronomist to lead our field research and crop optimization programs. This role is critical to our success in the region, as you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced nutritional protocols that directly impact the productivity of our partner farms. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between laboratory research and field application, ensuring that our nutritional solutions are perfectly tailored to the local soil conditions and crop varieties. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute field trials to evaluate the efficacy of new nutritional additives.

• Analyze soil and plant tissue samples to determine optimal feeding and fertilization schedules.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to adapt global nutritional formulas to local environmental conditions.
• Monitor crop health and yield data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare detailed technical reports for regional management regarding trial outcomes.

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in soil science and plant physiology.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex biological data.

Education

A Master’s degree or PhD in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a closely related agricultural field is mandatory for this position.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in field research, agronomy, or agricultural consulting is required. Proven experience in working with large-scale commercial farms is highly preferred.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
