Key Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell‑through rates, stock‑out incidents, and labor productivity.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to align product assortment with consumer demand patterns.
  • Support the logistics team in forecasting replenishment needs and optimizing delivery schedules.
  • Monitor compliance with Carrefour’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Participate in store audits and mystery shopper programs to assess service quality.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management summarizing findings and recommended actions.

  • Assist in the rollout of new technology tools, such as electronic shelf labels and mobile POS systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain fundamentals.

Education
