Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team in Kumba, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of renewable energy projects in Cameroon, working closely with local stakeholders, communities, and government agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with experience in the renewable energy sector. They will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of renewable energy projects in Cameroon
- Work closely with local stakeholders, communities, and government agencies to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential project locations
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and permitting requirements
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including wind, solar, and hydro power
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Education
