Key Responsibilities

  • Develop 3D product designs using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new product concepts.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design-to-production alignment.
  • Optimize product designs for cost-efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests and document design specifications.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and basic French.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Advanced certifications in product design or sustainable engineering are advantageous.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in product design, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment. Prior project management experience is a plus.

Salary
