Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize branch operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times for loan processing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across branches to identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the risk and compliance department to ensure all microfinance operations adhere to local banking regulations and internal policies.
- Support the roll-out of new digital financial services and mobile banking solutions across the branch network.
- Conduct regular operational audits and branch visits to ensure high standards of customer service and procedural compliance.

Education
