Job Overview
As an IT Project Manager at Huawei Technologies, you will be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in IT project management, with experience in managing large-scale IT projects. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
