Job Overview
The Hydraulic Systems Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity of our heavy machinery fleet. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostic testing on high-pressure hydraulic systems to identify leaks, pressure drops, or component failures.
- Oversee the maintenance and overhaul of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, and control valves.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for heavy-duty machinery.
- Collaborate with the design team to provide feedback on hydraulic system performance in local environmental conditions.
- Train junior technicians on advanced hydraulic troubleshooting techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure all hydraulic repairs comply with international safety and environmental standards.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy industrial hydraulic systems. Previous experience working with large-scale earthmoving or mining equipment is essential. Proven track record in diagnosing complex system failures in high-pressure environments is required.
Salary
