The Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance and food safety
• Provide training and support to employees on quality and safety procedures

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the food and beverage industry
