Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Conservation Manager to join our team in Limbe, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our conservation programs in the region, working closely with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to protect Cameroon’s natural resources.
The Environmental Conservation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing conservation strategies, managing project budgets, and coordinating with local partners to achieve our conservation goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement conservation strategies to protect Cameroon’s natural resources
- Manage project budgets and coordinate with local partners to achieve conservation goals
- Work closely with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to build support for conservation efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups
- Provide technical assistance and support to local partners to build their capacity for conservation
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, conservation biology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in conservation or a related field
- Proven experience in managing conservation projects and working with local communities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
