Job Overview
The E-commerce Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and brand awareness for our diverse product categories in the local market. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess and creative marketing strategy to optimize our digital presence and customer journey. You will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing consumer behavior, and implementing promotional strategies that drive conversion rates. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase platform traffic and sales.
- Manage paid search (SEM), social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure promotional activities align with inventory levels.
- Optimize product listings and category pages for maximum visibility and conversion.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles within an e-commerce context.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Creative copywriting skills for digital advertisements and product descriptions.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the e-commerce or retail sector. A track record of managing successful online advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI is essential for this position.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
