Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Learning Platform Manager to join our team in Ngaoundéré, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our digital learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of our digital learning platforms
- Work closely with educators, instructional designers, and technical experts to ensure that our platforms are user-friendly, engaging, and effective in supporting learning outcomes
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for digital learning platform projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize platform requirements and features
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform platform development and improvement
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in education technology, preferably in a management role
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing digital learning platforms
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with diverse stakeholders
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
5 years of experience in education technology, preferably in a management role
