Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Ngaoundéré, Cameroon. As a Digital Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners.
You will work closely with our subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create engaging and effective learning experiences that align with our business goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Conduct needs analysis and learner research to inform design decisions
- Develop prototypes and test digital learning experiences with learners
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that digital learning experiences meet business goals and objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning experiences that align with our business goals and objectives

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in digital learning experience design
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
